Returns / Shipping / T&C's
All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 14 days from when your order is received. All items returned must be in original condition. No refund will be given if the items are not in original condition or for any item exceeding the 14 day limit. Please note any refund given will be for the item only. SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us stating your full name and order details to firstname.lastname@example.org using subject 'Return'. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges. Please include a note in the parcel stating the new item you wish to exchange for.
Items that are faulty require photographic evidence before a decision will be made by Refuse to Conform Clothing as to whether it is legible for a refund/exchange. Photos are to be sent to email@example.com using subject ‘Faulty’ within 14 days of receiving the item.
All of our orders are shipped from the UK First Class Signed For/International Standard. International orders over £80 are sent International Tracked & Signed. Please be aware that orders sent to countries outside of Europe can take up to one month to arrive.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when ordering as we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
Please note order confirmation emails can sometimes end up in junk/spam mail.
